Considering buying a Facial Flex Facial Exercise and Toning Kit? We provided an in-depth review to help you decide if it is the right product for you.

About Facial-Flex

Facial Concepts, Inc. developed a facial rehabilitation device known as Facial-Flex in 1989 that increased oral-motor strength.

Facial-Flex is made in the USA and is marketed as an FDA registered progressive resistance-based facial exercise device that claims to trim, tone, and tighten your face, chin, and neck.

Facial-Flex works for 30 muscle groups in your face and neck and provides visible results in weeks. This product helps with medical and dental disorders.

It was first developed for patients who sustained deep facial burns resulting in microstomia which is hardening and tightening of the skin around the mouth.

It claims to be the perfect product for those who suffer from scleroderma which is the hardening of the skin.

It can also aid in speech articulation, enhance swallowing function, and improve voice disorder. It can also strengthen the jaw of people suffering from TMJ – a condition when something goes wrong with your jaw muscles and joints.

Facial-flex also helps patients with nerve disorders like stroke, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Bell’s palsy, and surgical trauma. It can also help plastic surgery patients.

According to a study in Aesthetic Surgery Journal, using the facial exercise device causes facial rejuvenation.

Musicians who use brass and woodwind instruments claim this product helps them in playing their instruments more effectively.

According to Journal of Dermatological Treatment, this facial exercise device had a substantial positive influence on elasticity and mechanical properties of the face and neck.

How Does It Work? | The Science Behind Facial-Flex

Facial-Flex is a device that claims to provide resistance to the facial muscles that tones and tightens muscles and skin.

The manufacturer recommends using the Facial-Flex device two times per day for two minutes. As claimed by the manufacturer, after 8 weeks of using facial muscles strengthen by 250%. Skin firmness improved by 32% and blood flow increased by 10%.

The Facial-Flex app provides a free app that gives you a timer and exercises you can perform. It can be downloaded from Google-Play or the Apple App Store.

You receive 3 sizes of resistance bands and you progressively move your way up from 6 ounces to 8 ounces to 14 ounces. The company recommends you change your bands every week for optimal resistance. Facial-Flex uses non-latex bands for those who are allergic to latex.

Facial-Flex reduces debilitating pain in the jaw caused by neurological disorders, TMJ, and autoimmune diseases. It claims to boost blood circulation, reduces sagging skin around the jawline, and reduces a double chin.

    I really didn’t notice a difference!

I was so excited to try this product. But it does not work at all, a total waste of money! It dried my skin out and I didn’t notice any positive results. I wish I could return it.
