How Does It Work? | The Science Behind Equelle

During menopause, the estrogen hormone production is lowered. This causes several undesirable symptoms ranging from hot flashes to vaginal dryness. These symptoms work differently for different women. So while it may be mild for some, it could be severe for others.

On its part, Equelle claims to work on this through its active ingredient which is present in each tablet.

The isoflavones in the ingredient though can’t influence the level of estrogen, it mimics the function of the hormone. That way, it might help counter mood issues, hot flashes, and muscle pain.

Equelle Ingredients – The Breakdown

This formula has one active ingredient which is;

S-equol – This is fermented soy germ and contains soy isoflavone phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are plant compounds that are non-steroidal and mimic the activities of the estrogen hormone.

According to one study report or article in the Iranian Journal of Public Health[2], isoflavones may help improve both the frequency and severity of hot flashes in women undergoing menopause.

Inactive Ingredients – Palm Oil, Calcium Phosphate, Guar Gum, Sodium Silicate, Cellulose Gel, and Stearic Acid.

    It didn't work, I had to stop taking it!

    I had been using Equelle with good results and bought this for the sale. This product took about two weeks before feeling any benefit but after that initial period it worked great but for only about 2 months then all symptoms returned. I am back to having many daily hot flashes and night sweating too. I started feeling burn like sensations in my stomach also. I canceled my subscription to it and will search for another product to use as this no longer works for me. I’m looking for other options, please suggest if anyone knows an alternate product for this.
