I don't recommend taking this product.
I took these a few months ago and had no improvement with them. Though I have read the reviews and found that they weren’t reviewed very highly, however, I decided to take my chances. Worst idea ever. These give a pounding headache and nauseous immediately feeling upon taking them, no matter how much water you drink. Don’t waste your money. I would’ve given zero stars if that was an option.
