Move Free Advanced Ingredients – The Breakdown

The ingredients in Move Free Advanced are;

Glucosamine HCl – Glucosamine is a biological component of the joint cartilage. Studies have shown its effectiveness in alleviating knee osteoarthritis. A study in Clinical Rheumatology, for instance, showed that glucosamine is effective in reducing knee osteoarthritis pain. It also claimed that glucosamine has chondroprotective effects.

Chondroitin – This ingredient is categorized as a symptomatic slow-acting drug. In the Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research, chondroitin was found to be more effective than a placebo. It was found to help relieve pain and improve physical function. When combined with glucosamine, chondroitin is an effective treatment against knee and hip osteoarthritis.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) – Also known as hyaluronan. It is an abundant component of the synovial fluid. According to the Nutrition Journal, HA is considered effective in improving the treatment of knee pain, reduces inflammation, and enhances muscular knee strength.

Calcium Fructoborate (CFB) – A study in the Clinical Intervention in Aging indicates that calcium fructoborate may be effective in reducing knee discomfort. The study enlisted subjects with knee problems. The subjects had administered a dose of CFB and after the study, the discomfort levels were collected. Most of the individuals reported pain relief.

The Bottom Line

Joint pain is a distressing condition to be in. It not only affects mobility but also body movement making it hard to live life to the fullest. While there are many treatment and management options out there, many individuals are seeking for non-surgical methods. Dietary supplements may offer this solution as they reduce pain and improve locomotor function.

Move Free Advanced is a dietary joint pain supplement that promises to help you forget all about joint pain. It is formulated with natural ingredients that are also popular in joint health. By targeting the five signs of joint health, this product may ensure your joint mobility, flexibility, lubrication, strength, and comfort. However, this product may not work for everyone as seen in some critical reviews.

It may also not be for you if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a shellfish allergy, or under prescription drugs.

In case you are among those who can’t use this product, there are better products in the market that can accommodate your unique needs such as EienHealth Triple Power Joint Support, CurcuminMD, and Turmeric Curcumin Plus.
