The phone number listed does not work and is incomplete. I want to return the package I have received and can find no way to do so. I think this company is a scam.

My Doctor is great. Billing, not so much. CRAZY. I can’t get anyone to call me back. I received a bill that did not make sense to me. The amounts listed on the bill did not match what I had paid in the office, on the day of the visit. Confusing. After literally 8-10 phone calls and numerous explanations from Advanced Derm, they are now saying that I owe money from a visit that occurred over a year ago. My in-office payments were applied to the 2019 bill, so now I owed for the 2020 visits. How can they randomly charge for a 2019 visit? I never received a notice that I owed past due money. A year from now will I owe another $100? Who’s to say? Shady.
Office Is Very Biased Towards Me... Discrimination :(
The office has given a sufficient amount of time to assist the patient (self) in making an appointment in another city…through using logistic care (transaction) letter of necessity was needed. Claimed since last month that no fax was received, so I tried to get them to do verbal last week… nurses, staff have not! Yet keep lying saying they did, I then talked to a ‘Jeanna’ office manager, got nowhere…couldn’t even get an email.. wanted me to send it to every office complaint is against. I’m not stupid! This office will not even tell me how to get my records…left me on hold 20 minutes. I am author Damita Clarke. You should treat every patient with dignity and do your jobs…period!
Not Happy at All with This Brand!!
I am not happy at all with this product. I received this Advanced Dermatology set of 5 products. Initially, I just tried Complete Age Defense Day Cream for testing for a week. I have dry skin with no acne usually, but after using it I got breakouts all over my face. Thank god I didn’t use all the products neither I will use them. I have requested to return it.
