Some GI issues with Team Keto Fuel
Stomach cramping and diarrhea. I drank some about 3hrs before I went to bed and could not get to sleep till about 6hrs later. I will not do that again, my bad. I do like it with a little heavy whipping cream in it.

I love this stuff and will continue to buy it
I’ve been using team keto fuel for over a year now and I’ve had really good results. During that time I’ve lost over 85 lb and I feel very healthy. I also have been eating a true keto diet during that time.
I love all of the flavors although I would say that my favorite is the raspberry lemonade. I just mix it up in 24 oz of water and drink it through the day. It helps to replenish my electrolytes and seems to curb my appetite. It also gives me that little bit of sweetness that I need while I’m consuming plenty of water. I would not want to have to do without it.
This is the one supplement I can't go without.

I have fibromyalgia, and it definitely helps keep my body in motion, which helps lessen body pain. I love that they have a variety of yummy flavors to choose from too!
