Smell is too strong for skincare product.
I have tried Elderberry Soothing Toner from Renee Rouleau Skincare. It has a really strong smell which may not be suitable for everyone like I got little bumps on my face after using it just for 2 twice. It absorbs so quickly that it did not spread properly and required more to apply on the complete face. I really expected more out of the product, but this product did not deliver that.
It made my skin break out.
I bought this AHA/BHA Blemish Control Cleanser for my acne scars. I wanted to love this product and I had so much hope that it’ll clear my skin. But unfortunately, it made my skin break out very badly. I used it for about 2 weeks and I thought ‘maybe my skin just needs to get used to it’ but no…it didn’t work for me. Not saying that it’s a bad product, I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews about it but apparently not for my skin. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money for me!
