Natrol Cognium didn't help with my memory issues

As I am getting older I am facing memory issues, like headaches, forgetting everything, passwords. I am dealing with a lot of stress at my workplace as well. I am a bit skeptical using these supplements but thought to give it a try. I used this product for a month and noticed no improvement. I don’t think that it helped me with my memory issues. But still, would it give it a try for one more month for better results.
