Doesn't work, I actually gain weight
This did not work at all for me it made me jittery and I actually gained weight while taking it. I followed a low-calorie diet and worked out every day for 30 to 40 minutes. I constantly had an upset stomach with bloating since I am using this product. I ended up throwing them out.
