A Word from Author
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach towards eating healthy and adopting a healthier lifestyle. This is one reason I have an individualized approach towards each person I help. I'm here to help, so follow me along my journey on Instagram @MentalHealth_Nutritionist as I continue to develop in my relatively new niche of nutrition for mental health. Over the next year, I plan to introduce a blog, launch website and publish my first book.
