Started taking this product 6 weeks ago
I, like others, do have a problem remembering to take it at mealtime. I haven’t taken it a long time but I am not as bloated and I have more regular BMs. Also, I am diabetic and my blood sugars have decreased to normal levels and I have lost 5 pounds which is amazing…I never lose weight. I will continue taking it and will hopefully get on a regular schedule and have continued success.
