How Does It Work? | The Science Behind Joints Alive

Joints Alive works to not only relieve pain but also to provide support to the joints. Through its ingredients, Joints Alive may prevent inflammation caused in the tissues due to injury. When inflammation is curbed, pain is consequently reduced.

Other ingredients such as black pepper and Boswellia may have anti-arthritic components that can help keep the joints in good shape. That way, the joints are healthy enough to combat any impending joint pain.

Joints Alive Ingredients – The Breakdown

The ingredients present in this product include;

Turmeric Extract – Curcuminoids present in turmeric extract contains a principle ingredient known as curcumin. This component, according to a review article in the Journal of Medicinal Food may be beneficial in the treatment of osteoarthritis. In that, it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – This is a well-known dietary supplement for its anti-inflammatory properties. According to the Nutrients journal, one research report suggests that MSM is effective to counter inflammation, joint/muscle pain, and oxidative stress.

Boswellia Serrata Extract – In a review featured in the journal Phytotherapy Research, this extract may appear to have medicinal values such as improving physical function, stress reduction, easing joint stiffness and pain. This is made possible through the reduction of serum levels of sensitive C reactive protein which is associated with knee osteoarthritis.

Black Pepper – Although black pepper is used as a spice, it contains a compound known as piperine. Piperine has anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects according to Arthritic Research and Therapy. Piperine also stimulates digestive enzymes, lowers lipid degradation and enhances the bioavailability of drugs.

The Bottom Line

As we grow older, our joints begin to experience discomfort, and the pain tends to become unbearable over time. In such situations, joint pain supplements that can relieve pain and if possible, prevent future issues may be necessary.

Joints Alive claims to be one such product. It may support joint function, cartilage health, provide pain relief and triple the soothing action.

Additionally, this product claims to be suitable for all vegans out there as it contains no animal product. To top it all, it is free of soy and gluten which is a bonus for those with allergic tendencies.

Nevertheless, this supplement has its fair share of shortcomings. One, it may not provide relief for the long term, which means that after you complete the dose, the pain may resurface. Two, this product may be habit-forming and three, if you have a health condition, your physician may not approve you to use it.

If these shortcomings bar you from using this product, there are always alternatives elsewhere, so don’t settle for less.

Is There Anything Else You Should Know About Joints Alive?

While this supplement may help you in the meantime, you still need a solution for the long term.

You can achieve this by improving your lifestyle by; checking your diet to reduce your weight, adding turmeric to your dishes, getting a massage as well as try out other holistic therapies like acupuncture.

As a first-time new customer - I put you on Notice

I have recently had an accidental knee(s) injury issue: It progressively got worse – with – severe pain, swelling, difficulty sitting, walking, standing without shooting pain from knees to ankles. I Watched your Video– Although I have always been skeptical of all – online – data or advertisements like this; I felt it was worth a try – at this juncture – in the ongoing height of dealing with this problem. I have not received my order yet – but waiting. I wanted to try other than too much Ibuprofen/Tylenol or Advil and surgery are out. So I Will religiously pursue taking for 30 to 60 days daily. (2 bottles coming) And keep a log of response/success or failure of this product – to work and write a comprehensive evaluation/review on this site of this product and on as many other sites as I can when I complete the regiment.
    Respectfully,

Tried many things until I found Joints Alive

I bought 6 bottles of Joints Alive after viewing an informative video. I had tried many different alternative solutions. After taking Joint Alive for 5 weeks I was suddenly pain-free. My Back, hips, knees, and hands worked again and I am now able to walk and work again.

Nothing major yet only small improvements

I’ve only been taking this for about some days now, and I hope that I’ll start to notice more results soon. I feel like I am seeing small improvements but nothing major yet
