Deceptive practice to get you to join
I was convinced to sign up and was told by Rebecca that I could cancel anytime. Well, Dr. Marlo told me the only medication she’d give me is Metformin but I had put in my intake form I didn’t want to take that. I requested a refund and no one there will reply to me. Their refund policy stated you have to be on the program for 90 days to be eligible for a refund. Says nothing about refunds if you don’t qualify. So beware if you consider using this deceptive company.
