How Does It Work | The Science Behind Zipfizz

The rich antioxidant content in this product strengthens the immune system, and the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients may supplement deficiencies in the body. A study in the Journal of Clinical Pathology showed the ability of antioxidants to destroy free radicals in your system [1].

The huge amount of energy largely comes from caffeine. Research published in the Journal of Basic and Clinic Physiology and Pharmacology found that caffeine has thermogenic benefits [2].

Zipfizz Ingredients – What to Look For

There are a number of key substances included in this product that serve to increase energy levels and restore health and well-being.

The primary active Zipfizz ingredients include:

Caffeine Anhydrous – Caffeine acts as a stimulant to your central nervous system, which can give you a boost of energy. It may help increase metabolism and cause the body to start burning fat.

The European Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that caffeine may lead to successful weight loss maintenance in the general population, but further studies are required [3].

Grape Seed Extract – It’s derived from the seeds of red grapes. There’s some evidence that it can improve a type of poor circulation and may be beneficial for several cardiovascular conditions. It’s rich in antioxidants which prevent cells from damage.

A study conducted in the journal Antioxidants highlighted that grape seed extract may help lower blood cholesterol levels [4].

Alpha-Lipoic Acid – This is believed to be an effective weight loss agent. A study published in Obesity Reviews [5]found that taking it can cause significant short-term weight loss. It’s a powerful antioxidant that helps strengthen the immune system.

Can you take Zipfizz with turmeric?

Very informative. I really like Zipfizz. Was it good to take with turmeric? Took it and felt tired.

    By Mary Nelson

My #1 most essential product I buy

I have used ZipFizz for about two years. I cannot live without it. I drink it year-round. I mix it in a 28-ounce bottle of water and the bottle lasts me all day for continuous even prolonged energy. In hot weather, I often drink two 28 ounce bottles. It’s the perfect strength in 28 ounces of water. It’s delicious, refreshing I’ve cold and allows me to drink lots more water than I would be drinking plain water. Sometimes I mix organic greens powder with it, which is amazing to help build up my immune system against COVID-19. I love the grape and the lemon iced tea flavors. I buy ZipFizz on eBay for the best price. Costco has a good price too. I can’t say enough about this wonderful product!
