Viva Thrive Keto Ingredients – The Breakdown

Viva Thrive Keto made sure to include these five key ingredients to come up with an effective weight loss aid:

  • Garcinia Cambogia – This tropical fruit from India contains hydroxycitric acid, a compound that promotes weight loss by controlling appetite and preventing fat accumulation. It may also limit the use of energy stored in muscles, thereby preventing fatigue. The effects of garcinia cambogia and hydroxycitric acid in visceral fat accumulation was studied in this 2003 placebo-controlled trial published in Current Therapeutic Research.
  • Calcium – Aside from strengthening teeth and bones, calcium has also been proven to be a useful weight loss aid due to its ability to boost metabolic rate. It does so by causing small increases in the body’s core temperature. This 2013 randomized controlled trial from the Nutritional Journal discusses how calcium and vitamin D3 supplement aid in promoting fat loss in overweight and obese college students.
  • Potassium – This electrolyte, along with sodium, regulates the body’s water balance by keeping the body from retaining too much water. It helps shed off excess weight — or water weight, in particular — in a process called diuresis. The diuretic action of potassium is discussed in this old article from the JAMA Network.
  • Chromium – This mineral enhances the effects of insulin, which is important in turning food into energy and also in regulating blood sugar levels. As for weight loss, it is said to work by suppressing appetite, burning fats, and encouraging muscle growth. Learn more about the benefits of chromium from this article by the National Institutes of Health.

The Bottom Line

Viva Thrive Keto, on the basis of its ingredients, may prove to be effective when it comes to shedding excess pounds. However, for the product to be effective, you must be disciplined enough to stick to your keto diet. Some physical activity will also be helpful.

The main downside of the formula, meanwhile, is that it is hard to look for legitimate reviews and additional information since the brand does not have an official site.

Overall, though, the only way to determine if the product works for sure is to try it yourself. Otherwise, you can always consider other options, such as the ones we have on the table above.

I did threw them away since I couldn't get my money back.

I bought these pills and man they made me feel like throwing up with stomach ache. I have a high tolerance for caffeine and I drink lots of coffee every day… but there is something in those pills that make me feel so bad. I did throw them away since I couldn’t get my money back.
