I am very disappointed
I have been taking for about a month now. I haven’t noticed any weight loss as much as I was doing a strict Keto meal plan, I feel like it is actually holding me a constant weight but I don’t know- haven’t taken them long enough. It makes me feel energized and exhausted all at the same time. But I don’t think it does anything to lose weight.
