Body Fortress Whey not dissolving easily
I’ve been using this powder for the past two months and so far, I’m not happy with the results. First of all, the taste is very bad. I usually add a scoop to my shakes. The powder is not dissolving easily. I do not feel energetic. I surely do not recommend this powder to others.
I find Body Fortress Whey hard to absorb
I’ve been a fitness buff for the past few years, and I use different kinds of supplements to help me in my fitness goal. I used to use protein supplements made of whey. However, there are only a few kinds of whey protein powder that I can afford. I also find them hard to absorb.
