How Does It Work? | The Science Behind Skinny Brew

Skinny Brew contains a very high amount of caffeine. This revs up the metabolism, which causes the body to go into a stage called thermogenesis. At this point, you are burning fat fast, and this should lead to weight loss.

An article published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition[1] found that ingesting caffeine can lead to successful maintenance of weight loss.

Skinny Brew also includes a blend of cognitive-enhancing botanicals and amino acids. Many of these have an impact on brain neurotransmitters, raising levels of chemicals like serotonin, dopamine, and GABA. This increases positive mood and decreases feelings of anxiety. The idea is that possibly people in a better frame of mind won’t overeat for emotional reasons.

A review published in Revista da Associação Médica Brasileira[2] discussed a possible connection between serotonin and satiety.

Skinny Brew Ingredients – What to Look For?

Here are some of the primary active Skinny Brew ingredients:

Guarana Seed Extract – This is a plant called Paullinia Cupana which grows in the Brazilian Amazon. It’s very high in stimulants like caffeine, theobromine, and theophylline, all of which speed up the metabolism and put the body into a fat-burning state. They also provide extra energy. Most of the research up until now has been done with animals.

A study on mice published in Nutrients[3] found that guarana speeds up metabolism and stimulates the mitochondria, helping to control weight.

Green Coffee – Green coffee has a lot of caffeine which helps speed up the metabolism leading to fat loss. It also has chlorogenic acid, which can help fat and glucose absorption and decrease insulin levels. In addition, it gives you a boost of energy.

A review article in the Journal of Evidence-Based and Complementary Medicine[4] stated that some studies have found a significant correlation, but there were limitations in this research. On the whole, they do not recommend this as a weight-loss agent.

Bacopa Monnieri – This is an herb that grows in many parts of the world. It’s a nootropic which has cognitive enhancement abilities. It may improve learning, memory, and information processing as well as decrease anxiety (1).

A review published in Rejuvenation Research[5] explored the neuropharmacological properties and cognitive benefits of Bacopa Monnieri.

Skinny Brew product is not at all worth It.

Read Skinny Brew Reviews online and I bought it. It tasted like straight-up melted butter. If I want to drink melted butter, I’ll…melt some butter. I drank a few Skinny Brew coffee packs hoping I’d get used to it and see results, but it was gross and nothing happened. Just saying, don’t prefer Skinny Brew fat burning at all.
