Magtein caused brain fog. Not worth it.
It is amazing how labels can fool anyone. After taking Magtein capsules for about a week, I started noticing a creeping weakening in stamina and mental fogginess. I stopped taking it and it took a lot of time for me to recover. Magtein magnesium L-threonate is the worst nootropic ever. Try at your own risk.
