Hair loss and no growth not worth the money.
My hair falls out more with Viabrance product than it did with chemo, they should let people know it’s not for everyone.

Hi, my name is Barb. I have to this the best product did I’ve ever used even though this is my first time but I had a bald spot for 30 years in the top of my head and just within two to three weeks have you seen this serum my hair has grown really crazy now the boss got is nearly gone all the way my hair is healthier bouncier and more manageable…I really had to say this is a really great product I am totally flabbergasted with it and it really does work a friend of mine turned me onto it oh my God between her and this product wow it’s the best it really surprise me again thank you.
Product burned my scalp/ possible allergic reaction
I had ordered the Viabrance serum as an attempt to thicken and encourage my thinning hair to grow due to hormone levels and advancement in age my already thinning hair. I am not exactly sure and it was an allergic reaction or fraudulent listing ingredients but my scalp turned bright red and blistered in some spots and hurt very badly and not only did nothing for hair growth but actually made a lot of hair fall out.
I had ordered the product as well as my assistant, unfortunately, ordering the same thing twice upon using it I realized that I have been charged the full price of roughly $79 so I called you to inform them of my situation at which time a very rude very uneducated very non-customer service-oriented woman informed me that they would not give me a refund but as the kindness of her heart she would give me 20% back I said this is not acceptable, I’d like to speak to management in the most rude and unkind way told me that I was stupid for ordering the same thing twice in no uncertain terms but that she could only refund the product if it was never opened well…I happen to have a bottle that had never been opened that I’m now wanted my money back for and was going to send her she did everything including called me a liar how would I do have used it but still have an unopened bottle she would give me no refund or cancel my subscription so I probably been charged multiple times for a product that made my hair fall out yes folks you heard that right did it do what it claims in fact did the opposite.
Not only would they refund my money they wouldn’t even cancel my stupid subscription so buyer beware everyone please don’t give these fraudulent snake-oil salespeople your hard-earned money.

How many days they had for refunds
It didn’t change my life. But had all the information I needed to make a decision if I should even try this stuff. I am happy to say I decided not to use this stuff…because when I saw it could actually make you lose hair if used, then stopped using it. Also don’t need any headache with credit cards and recurring charges. I will say that reviews about getting charged and people saying they didn’t know about it. Need to know when I can start taking them

Didn't work, don't buy!
Bought it online, paid some $10 for shipping, after 2 weeks, they charged some $80 to my account without any notification. I disputed the transaction, then I received their automated email saying, ‘sorry to see you going away…’ Regarding the product, it didn’t work for me…I followed all instructions and it left me with an itchy, irritating scalp with a lot of dandruff and hair is falling. Don’t fall for this product as I did…It caused a lot of scalp irritation and dandruff!

They give you a free TRIAL and expect it to work in 14 days, and then they charge you 80 dollars. It is not worth it, do not fell for it!
Poor & Pathetic Customer Service
Viabrance hair growth serum caused my hair to fall out more! When I called the customer service line the Indian guy was rude and hard to understand. He basically told me you bought it and we can’t help you! I’m very upset! Terrible company and it’s a hoax!
Thought it would work for me .
I thought this would work for me. I migrated to a quite colder state. I had a problem with dry and brittle hair already and the climate on top make sit worse. My friend recommended taking this because she noticed a tremendous difference in her hair so I decided to give it a try. I have not noticed any changes just have to keep using this to see any miracle.
