So far very good, though it’s only a week
A friend took these and her memory was so much better after only a week. A few years later I noticed my own memory is a concern. I just ordered some Q Core Max and I definitely feel more focused and have more energy.
They also have helped tremendously with digestion so I stopped my probiotics and am still doing great. Very expensive but if they continue to help it will be worth the money.

Earlier, I read the Q Sciences reviews and ordered it. Likely just a placebo. I notice NO difference in taking them, let alone you have to take quite a few that it’s just uncomfortable.
