Vital reds work for me
I’ve only been taking it for seven days I do notice small changes in my appetite and energy levels too soon to really make a judgment on it I believe.
It has replaced my morning coffee
I took Vital Reds a long while ago and remembered how I got compliments on my skin. I stopped because the cost was too high. I’ve recently been battling an unexplainable facial skin condition. Not a good thing at age 57. I changed my eating habit to a soy, dairy, and gluten-free diet and it helped a little. My holistic doctor gave me an ozone oil to use and has helped too but then I remembered how nice my skin was with vital reds. Within 3 weeks of using it, my skin has really gotten better as well as my morning pep. It definitely improves my morning apple cider vinegar drink taste better! Just 1 scoop in 16 ounces makes a big difference. It’s now on a monthly order. I may not be able to live without it 🙂
