SynerFlex Ingredients – The Breakdown

These are some of the primary active ingredients in this supplement:

  • Boswellia Serrata – This is a tree which is native to India. It’s very rich in anti-inflammatory agents, which can reduce the symptoms of arthritis. A study published in Phytomedicine found that this tree was very effective in treating the symptoms of arthritis of the knee.
  • Hops Flower Extract – These are flowers from the Humulus Lupulus plant. They have medicinal properties and treat conditions such as anxiety and insomnia[2]. An article in PharmaNutrition noted that there’s evidence that the isohumulones in this flower can reduce arthritis symptoms in both animals and humans.
  • Hyal-Joint – This is a proprietary mix of hyaluronic acid plus collagen and glucosamine. Hyaluronic acid draws hydration, which keeps the area between the joints limber and flexible. A review in Clinical Translational Medicine examined recent advances in hyaluronic-based therapy for osteoarthritis.

Q: Does SynerFlex Have Any Side Effects?

A: There are some ingredients in this supplement which can lead to mild side effects. For example, Boswellia Serrata can cause stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea [3]. In addition, boron can lead to nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain, diarrhea, dermatitis, and blue/green discoloration of feces [4].

Q: Can I Take SynerFlex If I Have A Health Condition?

A: Hops flower extract has some health concerns associated with it. The substance can worsen depression, so anyone with this condition should avoid the product[5].

    Didn't notice a change.

Good value for the money, but did nothing for me. I expected to improve a lot of health issues for me because I heard good things about this product, but it did nothing for me. I took it every day and I’m halfway through the whole bottle. Either it is not for me or it does not work at all, or it’s just this product.
