The fitMom program is a mobile app which is aimed at women after pregnancy who are trying to lose the baby weight. It offers personalized meal plans and fitness regimens geared towards each woman’s needs and situation specifically. There are also exercise videos, daily motivation, and food recommendations.

I asked the RDNs on our team to evaluate this product, and they came back to me with very positive feedback. The program offers a nutritious diet as well as exercise that follows the women’s individual pace.
