UMZU is great. UMZU Reviews - 4 stars
I take Umzu Redwood on an empty stomach, ( I do not recommend this to sensitive individuals) every morning before I work out. It is my healthier pre-workout solution. It makes me energized, focused, alert, clear-minded, and adds a major pump. I would recommend UMZU supplements!
