Katie is a self-motivated and highly dedicated registered dietitian with two years of acute care experience. She also creates original, engaging evidenced-based nutrition articles on topics, such as wellness, sports nutrition, food trends, recipes and weight loss.
Katie holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach. She completed her dietetic internship with Oakwood University, which is located in Huntsville, Alabama.
