InvisiCrepe Body Balm Ingredients – What to Look For
There are numerous ingredients included in this product. However, the 3 most important active substances are:
- Niacinamide – This is a type of Vitamin B3. Studies have indicated that it’s an anti-oxidant that can repair damaged skin. Niacinamide acts to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles by acting on the collagen and elastin in the skin.
- DL Lipids – A proprietary mix of soy lipids and sodium hyaluronate. The act as the natural lipid structure of your skin. This ingredient may help provide that extra boost of moisture and hydration to the skin.
- Ribose – It’s a natural carbohydrate which initiates the production of additional collagen in the skin. This collagen firms and tightens the skin. Ribose is used to make adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main energy-carrying molecule in the cells.
How Does It Work | Learn The Science
The ingredients in this cream have been shown to be helpful in providing moisture and hydration to the skin, maintaining the protective barrier of the skin. More specifically, the lipids provide your skin with moisture, and they also mimic the natural structure of the skin.
Loss of lipid content in the skin may contribute to dry, “crepey” appearance of the skin—some may describe it as “crinkled tissue paper”, thin, atrophic and thirsty for hydration. The presence of anti-oxidants has been shown to be helpful overall for anti-aging.

The Bottom Line
It is marketed as a “high-end” anti-aging cream with huge benefits for the skin. It’s difficult to confirm the effectiveness of the product when the majority of the reviews come from the company website and may be biased.
What can be said about the product through evaluation of the ingredients, this topical may be helpful as an adjuvant moisturizer; however, the “firming” properties of this product are unclear and unsubstantiated.
Recommend discussing with your dermatologist prior to using this product as it contains various ingredients shown to cause allergic contact dermatitis and other rashes.

Invisicrepe no better than an ordinary lotion
I used the product once a day on my left arm and leg. I used Gold Bond lotion on my right arm and leg. I am almost finished with a jar of InvisiCrepe Body Balm. My skin is moisturized, but I see no improvement in the wrinkled, crepe appearance. Moreover, the skin treated with lotion is also moisturized at a much lesser cost. I see no difference between the two sides. My negative review was immediately taken down from their Facebook ad.

No visible improvement in crepey skin
Considering the price tag I don’t feel this product is good value for money. I saw no visible improvement in my skin condition.

InvisiCrepe Body Balm was a WASTE OF MONEY
This product doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything to get rid of Crepey skin. I feel totally ripped off and the company did not refund or guarantee the product.

InvisiCrepe Body Balm does not work, Very disappointed!
I have used InvisiCrepe Body Balm for 68 days with very poor to no results. Also, I have used three jars. I followed the directions to the letter. I am thin and work our 5 to 7 days weekly. I felt that I would be a good candidate since I was in good shape and my crepe skin on my forearms was just beginning. Very disappointed. Not moisturizing.

It works. I love this product!
This review saved me from spending money on a highly advertised, expensive but not necessarily effective skin care product.

I tried drug store products for years
For years I tried drug store products, products from pharmacies and department stores. Nothing worked. So far, InvisiCrepe Body Balm is a better option I’ve come across. I use it once or twice a day and I’m seeing a difference in the brightness of my skin and I feel like I have a more youthful appearance. I love the way it makes my face feel.

I just wish I’d taken 'before' photos.
I’m 78 and the skin on my arms, particularly on my upper arms, but to my horror, even on my lower arms, had become very saggy in the last couple of years, as was the skin around my neck.
I’d only been using this product for a few days when, to my surprise and almost disbelief, I started to think I could see a difference. Now, three weeks later, I’m absolutely sure there is a visible difference…to such an extent that for the first time for three years, I was happy to wear a short-sleeved dress when I had a visitor. Okay, there is still some way to go on my upper arms, but even so, a fifty percent improvement after a shortish while is pretty amazing. The effect is most noticeable on my lower arms which are not saggy at all now, but even my upper arms look a heck of a lot better. So does my neck, on which the skin had become so loose that when my cockatoo rides on my shoulder, she has been known to grab on to it if she starts to slip. LOL
The skin on my décolletage was never loose as on my neck—thank God for small mercies!—but had become very crepey. Now it is more like it was several years ago.
The only things it has not seemed to help much are the lines around my lips. Perhaps that is because I should be using the related product they sell, which is specifically for the face, but I am trying to économise, and anyway I cannot see any real reason why this cream should not work on the face… Whether skin is on one’s neck, arms or face, it’s all just skin after all.
I have had no adverse reactions to this cream, but then I rarely have any problems with allergic reactions to any skin creams. The downside is that it is quite pricey, but for me, it’s still definitely worth the cost. Despite the cost, I have given it five stars because the bottom line is, that for me at least, it works.
