The hydrolyzed cartilage extract leads to extra moisture and can help increase synovial fluid in the joint and provides moisture for the skin, giving it a more youthful look.

    Disappointed with BioCell Collagen

I wanted to love this based on the fact that it says to have collagen. I used the bottle until it was empty and saw absolutely zero changes.

It is hard on the stomach

It really doesn’t sit well in my stomach. It gave me pain or nausea every time I took it. I take it but it still doesn’t feel good.
