I’m taking Total Restore pills because I have had gut issues for a long time. I discovered the Total Restore system and decided I could give it a try. I have been taking the product for about 3 weeks, 3 pills in the morning with 8 oz of water. I haven’t lost any weight yet. Haven’t seen my stomach line shrink. I will say that I do have more energy but I’m not sure if it’s still taking the time or what the case is? Will continue taking it until I either start to lose weight or run out of pills. Thanks

My dad died of too late-diagnosed severe gastrointestinal inflammatory disease. Therefore I am proactive and watch my own digestive health. When some unpleasant symptoms began flaring up I gradually changed my eating habits. I am doing well on the modified Keto. I also use in part the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. I use homemade Yogurt and avoid polysugars. After I listened to Dr. Gundry speak about leaky bowel syndrome it made sense. Total Restore supplement is prophylaxis to me. I only use one a day as I avoid processed foods with unhealthy additives and veggies with seeds. At 85 I weigh 104 lbs. I walk every day and enjoy an active lifestyle with plenty of energy, I take complete care of myself, use no prescription drugs and feel 20 years younger than my chronological age.
Noticeable improvement in bowel function
I have found that the Total Restore has made my stool consistently more solid. I am feeling generally better all around.
