Good as a moisturize but not as an eye cream.
I bought this cream for my dark circles and puffiness. I have been using this under eye cream for 1 month now and I can see no changes at all in my dark circles. But it just slightly moisturize under my eyes, but no brightening at all. This eye cream just felt like a moisturizer that I would put on my whole face.
