Kind of disappointment for me!!
I have been using this product for 2 months. At first, you can most definitely feel the energizing effects of this product the first couple of times you take it, especially if when you first up the dosage from 1 capsule to 2. It is a legit appetite suppressant, I literally cannot eat as much as I did before taking this nor do I want to on a day to day basis. But after 1 month of using it, I no longer feel the energizing effects and I don’t see any physical results so far. Maybe the results are not for a long time. I will be discontinuing using it. Hope this helps someone for a longer time.
