It takes time to see results (or so I’ve read)
I have only been taking Nutrafol for close to a month, and I haven’t noticed any difference in my thinning hair yet. A couple of months isn’t long enough to see results either, as I’ve read it takes several months to a year before seeing visible results. The only thing that is a turnoff to me is that it is not a cheap product, and if I’m going to sink all this money into it I want to be absolutely sure I’ll see results. For now, I’m going to keep with it and try to be patient. It also has given me a headache at times, but not every time I take it. I take it with food as the instructions say to.
