BioCell Collagen (Proprietary Chicken Sternal Cartilage Extract) – In a study published in Clinical Interventions in Aging, BioCell Collagen is a mix of hydrolyzed collagen type II, hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate. The study indicated controlled research is needed to verify the results.

Hydrolyzed Collagen Type II is obtained from chicken sternum cartilage. In a study from Nutrition Journal, hydrolyzed collagen improved symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.
