All that you need to do to start weight loss is to simply make a few lifestyle changes. In case you are able tweak the little things that you are doing everyday, you will be able to make a big difference in how your body looks as well as how you feel.

These little things refer to how you eat, when you eat as well as which foods you should eat more, and which foods are to be avoided at all costs. Other factors include how often you eat, besides the simple exercises that you should do that take only minutes and are fun too. In case you think that eating less or by not eating at all, you can achieve weight loss, then you’re totally wrong. Eating too less will not achieve sustained weight loss. This is because you risk burning muscle, when you do not eating anything. Your body will tend to consume your muscle tissue. This will actually make it more difficult for you to keep the weight off for a prolonged time.

On the other hand, eating less tends to slow down your metabolism. It means that you aren’t eating enough food in order to keep your metabolism running at the right pace. Thus, not eating for a few days or skipping a few meals can not solve your problems, but only make things worse.
