There are many causes of swollen feet ankles

Swollen feet ankles refer to a condition where the muscles present in the feet tend to have an excessive buildup of fluid. Such a buildup can result in a rapid increase in weight in a very short time.

Anti-inflammatory medicines can also help in order to reduce swelling. There are other treatment options such as placing leg wedges in order to elevate the feet while you sleep. Another way is wear support socks and stocking.
