Regular Skin

Regular skin is neither too oily nor too dry. Perfectly regular skin is very rare as most people have some issue or the other with their skin. It may be a dry part or a bout of acne. Basic skin care for regular skin is quite easy.

Regular SkinWash your skin with warm water and a cleanser twice in a day. Make sure that you use soap-free products. Always read labels in order to make sure that your cleanser is free of alcohol, soaps, as well as any harsh detergents. In case you feel the need to moisturize, apply an oil-free or a low-oil moisturizer in order to moist skin. Weigh the pros and cons of moisturizing before you begin using any product. Some people with regular skin tend to moisturize in order to help prevent future dry skin. Apply sunscreen in case you expect to be exposed to the sun. If you want, you can do a moisturizing or exfoliating mask treatment once a week.
