Regular Cleansing

Regular cleansing is very important. Once it is done properly, it helps to remove dirt and grime, excess oil on the surface as well as skin pores, besides aiding the cell renewal process. It’s advisable to use water-soluble creams or gels with lukewarm water or wipe-off lotions. In case of oily skin, use soap-free bars which are pH-balanced. While cleansing the face, some key steps are to be followed:
Regular Cleansing

  1. Always spread the cleanser gently over your face with the help of your fingertips
  2. Rinse the cleanser thoroughly off by splashing warm water on your face several times, to ensure there is no more residue on the skin.
  3. Use a clean towel to gently pat your face and never over dry, rather, keep your face a little moist.
  4. Apply a moisturizer or an active skin care product of your choice to your clean, moist face. Massage the product into your face by gently tapping with your fingers until it gets absorbed.
  5. Cleanse your face twice a day, once in the morning and before going to bed at night. Use lukewarm water as well as a mild cleanser which is free of harsh detergents, soaps, alcohol besides other irritants.
