Proper neck care to avoid tanning of the neck

You may massage your neck towards the chin in order to provide proper neck care. Do it in an upward motion with the help of gentle hands. You may use a moisturizer or a massage cream for doing this. This will improve the blood circulation and hence help to brighten up the complexion.

It is important to regularly exfoliate your neck, as this will help to drive out the dead cells besides giving space to the new cells. There are various simple exercises which are beneficial to improve the posture. Besides, they would help to improve the overall health of a person.
