Neck care requires daily nourishment

Our neck is that part of our body that is most vulnerable to ageing lines, besides unwanted folds as well as double chin. Even the best makeup techniques also cannot disguise it. This only means that daily nourishment as well as neck care is a must.

Neck CareA neglected neck is enough to reveal the real age of even a well-groomed as well as a well-maintained face. All that you need to have a graceful neck is to hold your head up, as it will improve its posture and is also good for the neck. You can also sleep without the pillow, which will helps in preventing double chins.

Also daily before your bath, massage the neck area for a minute or two with downward strokes, by using any cream or skin oil. You can practice neck care by applying lemon-turmeric paste on the neck in order to eliminate the difference in color between the face and skin. And when you apply that facial mask do apply it on the neck too. And when you moisturize your face, do the same for your neck too. In the case of using a night cream for your face, apply it on your neck also. Neck care involves never leaning over your work table. It is better to work at angles which help you to maintain your head straight. Else, you may sit closer to the table.

You can apply yoghurt in order to help remove the tan on the neck. Just apply a layer of yoghurt over the neck and leave it on for around 20 minutes. Now rinse with warm water, and apply your regular moisturizer and massage the neck gently. Using a natural scrubber on your neck daily is an important part of neck care, as it keeps the lymphatic glands active as well as removes the dead skin.
