People who are already taking any other medications for depression or migraines should avoid using these herbs to sleep.

Sage refers to those herbs to sleep which are used to treat nervous conditions, sleep disorders besides depression. It has no known side effects. It can be used along with a meal, or as a tea and even as an additive with the other sleep aids.

Most of these herbs to sleep when compared to over the counter drugs have practically no side effects and are highly effective. Most of these have been used by different cultures for almost thousands of years. Thus they have come to be trusted as well as passed from one generation to another. But the g=fact remains that most of these herbs to sleep have not gone through any clinical testing.
