Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables in order to make your skin look healthy. Adequate vitamin C helps to make the skin look young and shiny. Oranges, lemon, grapefruit, besides Goji berries, and green tea are good sources of vitamin C. Foods such as multi-grain bread, oats, muesli, besides mangoes, avocado; fish like mackerel, sardines, salmon help to keep the skin looking young. Dairy products, like milk and cottage cheese are known as good anti-aging foods.

Drinking at least eight glasses of water everyday keeps the skin hydrated; else the skin will grow drier and give rise to wrinkles. It is not correct to replace water with fruit juices as plain water is not the same as other fluids. It is only well hydrated skin that looks younger. Do not drink excess water all at once; it is better to divide this amount throughout the day.

Exercise is very helpful in blood circulation, making the skin glow and giving you a younger looking skin. Exercise stimulates all the parts of the body as well as helps to rejuvenate the skin. Consult your doctor in order to find out the best exercise for you. Choose an exercise that you really like to ensure that you stick to it.
