The regular work hours must be infused with short breaks. During these breaks, small and easy exercises of the eyes will go a long way in eye care. Just blink your eyes several times. Keep your eyes closed and roll your eyeballs both clockwise and anticlockwise besides taking a deep breath. Now open your eyes while releasing your breath. Do this for a minute and repeat it three times before getting back to work. This is a good workout for the eyes.
